-Clients are responsible for backing up their material during and after completion of a service. Clients' material is stored and backed up throughout the duration of work, but this responsibility ends once the work is turned in and approved by the client.

-Clients are expected to listen through and check all material before approving it. Responsibility is not held for any errors or change of mind after material has been approved.

-If a client decides to cancel a project or work after it has been started and worked on for more than one day, a cancellation fee of 25% of the work's agreed price will apply.

-Final material will not be handed over to the client until the invoice is paid.
